SHIPPING

Shipping is free on all products except the"trial pack".

We only ship to Spain (peninsula only), Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Austria and Italy. In all these countries shipping is free, except for the"trial pack". For this product the shipping costs will be added to the selling price of the"trial pack".

Through our partner Packlink, we work with the main national and international delivery companies.

We guarantee a secure delivery and a competent delivery time for"one-off purchases". For"subscription" purchases, we guarantee delivery of the product at the chosen frequency from the day the subscription starts.

RETURNS

Return period

Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before you can see a refund reflected.

Product Returns - Shipping

To return your product, you must send it by mail to: C/Guimaraes, 3 - Aranjuez, Madrid, 28300, Spain.

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive your product exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
